Our Site provides general information about Finclusion and our products and services, including hire purchase (HP) motor finance.
Customers cannot apply for finance directly through our Site.
Applications for finance are submitted only by authorised motor dealers or credit brokers who introduce customers to Finclusion.
The Site may also allow customers, once introduced to us, to:
access a customer portal;
upload documents;
view information relating to an existing or proposed finance agreement; or
communicate with us in connection with an application or agreement.

Our Site is directed solely at people residing in the United Kingdom. We do not represent that content available on or through the Site is appropriate for use outside the UK.

Finclusion is a lender, not a broker.
We do not accept finance applications directly from customers. All applications are submitted to us by authorised motor dealers or credit brokers acting as introducers.
Any dealer or broker introducing a customer to us is responsible for:
its own services;
the accuracy of information it submits; and
making any disclosures required by law, including commission disclosure.
Finclusion does not provide financial advice.

Any finance offered by Finclusion is subject to:
our lending criteria at the time of application;
affordability and creditworthiness assessment; and
verification checks.
Information about eligibility or product features on the Site is indicative only, may change, and does not create any entitlement to be offered credit.

Certain parts of the Site are restricted to registered users, including the customer portal and dealer / introducer login areas.
If you are provided with (or choose) login credentials:
you must keep them confidential;
you must not allow anyone else to use your account; and
you are responsible for all activity carried out using your login details.
We may suspend or terminate access to any account if we reasonably believe:
there has been a breach of these Terms;
the account has been misused; or
access poses a security or compliance risk.

you confirm that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
you must not upload anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent; and

We will:
acknowledge complaints within 3 working days;
investigate fairly; and
issue a final written response within 8 weeks, in line with FCA DISP rules.
If you are not satisfied, or if 8 weeks have passed, you may refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that:
residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scotland; and
residents of Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland.
